When you complete a booking on this site we store one record containing:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or messaging contact
• Your hotel or pick-up point, if you give one
• The tour details: tour, boat type, date, number of adults and children
• The price, any promo code used and the discount applied, and a booking reference number

We do not ask for and do not store your ID or passport number, your date of birth, or any health information through this website. We operate no login or user account.

We never receive, see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by PaySolution (thaiepay.com), a Thai payment gateway: the booking form hands you over to their page, and you enter your card details there under their own privacy policy. What comes back to us is only your booking reference and whether it was paid.

To take, confirm and run your booking, and to contact you about it — including the confirmation email we send once payment succeeds, and any call or message needed to arrange your pick-up or to tell you about a weather cancellation. Our legal basis is the performance of the contract you enter into when you book.

• PaySolution — receives your email address and the booking reference in order to process the payment.
• Our email provider — delivers your confirmation email, which contains your name, contact, hotel and tour details.
• Affiliates and referral partners — if you book with a promo code, the partner who owns that code is emailed the booking reference, the tour date, the code and their commission amount so they can be paid. Your name, email, phone and hotel are not included in that email.
• Our private-charter site — bookings made through our private tour service are completed on signature.barracudastourkrabi.com, and the payment confirmation for those bookings is passed to it.
• Boat operators, drivers and guides — receive the name, pick-up point and party size needed to run your trip, and the details required for the accident insurance covering your tour.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies in your browser to measure how the site is used. Tour pages also embed a Google Map, which is loaded from Google's servers and is subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to book.

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and insurance purposes, and to handle any later dispute or refund claim. Bookings that are never paid for remain as unpaid records and can be deleted on request.

Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw a consent you have given. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Note that we may be unable to delete records we are still required to keep for tax or insurance reasons, and that deleting a booking before your tour date means we cannot run it.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
