When we cancel or change the trip

Barracudas Tour has run island trips out of Ao Nang, Krabi since 1992, and we would rather disappoint you for one day than take you out in conditions that are not safe.

Barracudas reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour because of unforeseen circumstances such as the weather. By agreement, the tour is rescheduled to another day, or we make a full refund.

We also reserve the right to change the itinerary or the destination if wind and waves do not allow the planned route. The captain may reorder the stops or swap one for another. That is a safety decision rather than a convenience one.

If you need to cancel

The conditions are the same for every tour, and they are published on every tour page before you book.

• Payment is due within 3 days of the reservation date and no later than 3 days before the tour date, otherwise the reservation expires.
• Cancel more than 3 days before the tour date and we refund the full payment minus the bank fee.
• From 3 days up to 1 day before the tour date, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50%.
