When we cancel or change the trip

Barracudas Tour has run island trips out of Ao Nang, Krabi since 1992, and we would rather disappoint you for one day than take you out in conditions that are not safe.

Barracudas reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour because of unforeseen circumstances such as the weather. By agreement, the tour is rescheduled to another day, or we make a full refund.

We also reserve the right to change the itinerary or the destination if wind and waves do not allow the planned route. The captain may reorder the stops or swap one for another. That is a safety decision rather than a convenience one.

If you need to cancel

The conditions are published on every tour page before you book. The 7 Islands sunset tour has its own deadlines, because it departs in the afternoon.

• Cancel or change your travel date free of charge up to 9:30 PM the day before the tour. For the 7 Islands sunset tour the deadline is 8:00 AM on the tour date.
• Between 9:31 PM the day before and 7:29 AM on the tour date, a 50% charge applies. For the 7 Islands tour that window is 8:01 AM to 10:59 AM on the tour date.
• After 7:30 AM on the tour date, 11:00 AM for the 7 Islands tour, or if you do not show up, the tour is charged in full.
• Rescheduling is possible up to 7:29 AM on the tour date, 10:59 AM for the 7 Islands tour, for 100 THB per booking. Card refunds carry a 3% processing fee and take 14 to 30 days.
